At Brooks, training and service is our top priority. Brooks stands behind its customers and equipment with highly skilled, factory trained/certified service engineers. We offer annual service contracts for OMAX and Hurco Machines. Contact us now with your installation, training, preventative maintenance, and service needs. We are here to help with all of your precision machine tools needs.
We invested additional resources at the end of last year to increase both our available services as well as our technician base. We currently have five factory certified service technicians with specialty skills to cover our wide range of product offerings. We now offer Fanuc support and Renishaw probe programming capabilities. We are also available for process development and on-demand programming for Hurco and Fanuc controls. Additionally, we now offer OMAX service and support.

A 16-point program covering all basic inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
**This additional service along with the Basic PM will take 2 days of service.
This allows users to benchmark and track the condition of their machines, and to quickly diagnose problems that may require maintenance. It also identifies the error sources that produce them.
Regular testing of machine tools using QC20 ballbar helps to:

An OMAX factory trained technician will perform this service, and the price includes the above listed items only. Time in facility will be limited to the maximum hours indicated. If additional parts are found to be defective or require replacement, the customer will be responsible for the cost of those parts. This service is preventative in nature and does not extend the customer’s original factory warranty, nor does it entitle the customer to additional on-site technical service. All used parts that are serviceable will be identified as such and left with the customer.
