Emuge Encourages Customers to Think SmallMicro Carbide Coolant Fed Drills

Brooks partner, Emuge, has introduced a new line of micro coolant fed carbide drills as part of the EF-Series of high penetration rate drills. These sub-micro grain carbide drills start at 0.75 mm (0.0295″) up to 3.0 mm (0.1181″) diameter and are all coolant through design. EF-Micro high performance drills are perfect for medical, aerospace and precision automotive manufacturers. All tools are 6xD length and can accommodate most production applications.

Emuge EF-Micro drill is designed to run faster and longer than conventional carbide micro drills.
